Straight out of SoCal, John a.k.a. (Ahhd
& Clever) is a purely creative soul. As a self taught and self motivated artist (not a term used lightly), he has been
seriously pursuing his visual art in Los Angeles since the end of 2005. Ahh’d has
successfully exhibited and sold his work in several galleries across America
with a permanent installation recreated in Israel. He currently creates in his
Hollywood studio composing works that adorn the walls of several Low Brow and
Pop Art Galleries as well as Coffee Shops, Live Performance Theatres and any
place willing to exhibit these masterpieces. If you frequent the L.A. art scene
chances are you have seen several works by Ahh’d.
Inspired by the world in motion and a
cosmic connection, he has labeled his work Abstract-Surrealism with a twist. By
incorporating thoughts and feelings, accomplishments, lessons learned, philosophy
and concept into his creations, he hopes to make a somewhat spiritual or cosmic
connection to those who view and enjoy his work.
